Who we are

We founded Rockstar Distribution after our return from Hong Kong to Switzerland in 2021. The company leverages our extensive international business development and distribution experience at renowned luxury groups for independent niche brands.

Passionate about authentic, creative and exceptionally well-made products, we realised that their creators often lack the expertise to build a consistent and qualitative presence across cultures and markets. It is our mission to lead this expansion for a selective portfolio of brands, to find and grow the business sustainably with like-minded partners, so the Maisons can shine on the international stage.

Sonja Buergi

Founder (Finance and Administration)

Sonja is an entrepreneur by nature. She has successfully built and managed companies in Switzerland and Singapore.

Her industrial experience covers tourism & hospitality, FMCG and telecom at companies such as Heineken, Swisscom and Siemens.

Sonja is also very passionate about animals and animal health. She is a certified animal physiotherapist and owns Anilife, a specialised clinic for dogs & horses in Switzerland.

Andreas Boesch

Managing Director

Andreas is an experienced Managing Director with 20+ years of international leadership experience in the luxury and lifestyle goods industry.

His roles included Managing Director IWC South East Asia, Montblanc South East Asia and Ulysse Nardin Asia Pacific.

He is an Academy Member at the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève.

Andreas graduated from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) with a Master of Arts.
